This site was created out of pure frustration.
When I was looking for My Airpark Home, there was no single place where I could find all the listings for a specific airpark, skyranch, or geographical area, let alone within a single state. This wasn't the first, and probably not the last time I was going to face this problem, and I had heard about the struggles that so many people were having selling their properties on airparks, so I decided to start my own listing site, for a reasonable fee, so that the general aviation community could list and find homes and hagars without the hastle of flying and driving across the country or going broke because they couldn't find the right buyer, renter, or home.
